Membership questions
Can I list my business without becoming a member?
No. Every business on BusinessOwners.lk is a member. Your Rs. 3,000 a year covers your business profile and every member benefit on this page.
How do I pay?
Online, by Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, or by FriMi, through OnePay, a secure Sri Lankan payment gateway. Your profile goes live as soon as your payment is confirmed.
How long does membership last?
12 months from the day your payment is confirmed. If you renew early, your new year starts the day after your current membership ends, so you never lose any days.
Does it renew automatically?
No. We never charge you automatically. We email you 30 days and 7 days before your membership ends, with a link to renew online.
What happens if I do not renew?
Your profile is hidden from the directory and from search until you renew. We keep your details, so renewing brings your profile straight back.
Can you get my business a government grant or loan?
No. We share information and guidance about programmes, grants and financing, and run information sessions for members. Decisions are made by the government bodies, banks and lenders themselves.
